Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse puppy sales to anyone at any time for any reason. No cash refunds will be given for returned pups or dogs. 

Three Oak's Kennel reserves the right to have first pick of any litter, at any time,  male or female. 

Puppies are ready for pickup at 8 weeks old. Puppies must be picked up at 8 weeks old, unless otherwise discussed and approved. It is understood that there may be additional fees weekly for pups staying past 8 weeks old due to the additional costs of food, extra vaccinations and deworming, and training that will be provided while your puppy is here. 

It is understood that this puppy is being sold with limited AKC, unless you have been approved by the breeder for full registration. AKC papers will be sent with the puppy via transportation or given to you at time of pickup.

It is understood that your puppy has had at minimum : his/her 1st shot, Vet Grade dewormer, dew claws removed and tails docked. You will be provided with medical records to take with you to your vet. It is understood that you will continue the deworming process along with the vaccination process to ensure a healthy transition into your home.

It is understood that the deposit of $200.00 and this completed contract ensures the right of purchase of your puppy.

It is understood that the deposit (down payment) made is to reserve your puppy and is nonrefundable. While Three Oak's Kennels plans the litter breeding, gestation, and whelping very carefully they cannot guarantee that the pregnancy will take, or that your choice of gender/color in the litter will be born. Though our deposits are non-refundable, we do honor the deposit and can transfer it to the following breeding to reserve your spot.

It is understood that if you have not contacted me with plans of transportation/set up a date for the pickup option and will not reply to me for an extended period of time, Three Oak's Kennels has the right to sell the puppy to another customer.

The above animal has been bred carefully and to the best of the breeder's knowledge is sound in body and is in excellent health.

The puppies have been overlooked by a licensed veterinarian and have received approval to go to his/her new home. If a currently licensed veterinarian finds a life-threatening disease within 48 hours of the puppy leaving my property, Three Oak's Kennels must be notified immediately by the customer with the conclusion of the veterinarian findings. A certified letter is to be sent to the breeder by the veterinarian within 24 hours of the diagnosis. The breeder reserves the right to a second opinion obtained from a veterinarian of breeder’s choice. If documentation is received and life-threatening disease is verified, and the puppy is returned, then a replacement puppy will be given to the above-purchased puppy. The replacement puppy will be the breeder’s choice of current stock or expected litters. It is understood that cash refunds, veterinary, or other expenses incurred will not be refunded. To maintain the limited guarantee outlined here, the buyer must have all updated immunizations documented and administered by a licensed veterinarian at the appropriate age.

It is understood that any condition that is minor, correctable, or non-life-threatening, any disease that your puppy has been vaccinated against or native to the environment, anxiety, cuts, any internal parasites, skin disorders, or other minor conditions which may go away, be treated/prevented, or are considered to be something your puppy may grow out of, etc. Veterinary bills or other expenses incurred by the buyer for their puppy after it has left my property, Three Oak's Kennels is not responsible for.

Please note that the puppy is not fully inoculated until the completion of the immunization series. Limited exposure is suggested to the outside environment as well as people/animal contact.

You agree to provide a safe and loving home for your puppy, provide fresh water and quality food, veterinary care including, but not limited to vaccines and heartworm preventative, and flea/tick prevention.

If at any time you feel your pup no longer fits in with your family and lifestyle, notify Three Oak's Kennels so that we may assist you in providing proper placement or temporarily take the puppy/dog back until a home can be found. Under no circumstances should a puppy be surrendered to an animal control facility. 
No refund will be provided.

It is understood that visits without an appointment are not allowed and not scheduled until after pups are ready to join their families.

It is mandatorily understood that you must register your puppy with A.K.C. papers will be provided to you when you receive the puppy.

It is understood that under limited registration the buyer must spay/neuter the dog by 2 years of age and provide the breeder with verification of such. If the buyer does not show proof of spay/neuter by 2 years of age it will be deemed a breach of contract. If the buyer breeds the purchased puppy that is registered as limited and puppies are produced the buyer shall reward the breeder $1,500 per puppy back to Three Oak's Kennels.

It is understood that when purchasing FULL AKC Registration, the phrase "Three Oak's" MUST be in the Registered Name!!

Three Oak's Kennels cannot guarantee color, size, or genetic health.

Spaying/Neutering is required under limited registration.

Deposit/Balance:

A deposit of $200 is required to be placed on Three Oak's Kennels waiting list.

Pickup and Delivery Options :

We encourage you to come to pick up your puppy at our place. If you are interested in meeting, please let us know and we will try to accommodate that for an additional fee. If you have any other questions about the transportation of your puppy, please feel free to contact me with them. We will be more than happy to provide any assistance we can.

Picking up - the remaining balance is due in cash at the time of pickup

Delivery - an extra fee may be applied to cover travel expenses.

Transportation - you will need to pay the remaining balance by 6 weeks of age. The remaining balance for your puppy will be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old, for the puppy to leave at 8 weeks old. 

Deposits of $200 can be made after contacting us & filling out our contract

Please ONLY pay the $200 deposit unless you have spoken to me about sending more.
